Policy Summary: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
1. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with no signs of use.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags, and any brand packaging) are intact and included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene, quality, and authenticity standards, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Trainer Care products (opened or used).
- Any item classified under Underwear or Socks (for hygiene reasons). (Note: While not currently listed in the main menu, this is a standard policy for intimate apparel.)
- Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.
- Products without their original packaging, especially designer trainers where the box is an integral part of the product.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or are not in resalable condition.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. The Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information to process your request swiftly.
2 Await Authorization & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Do not ship returns back to our physical address without an RMA.
3 Package & Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a traceable and insured carrier to the address provided in your instructions.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend retaining your shipping proof until the process is complete.
4 Inspection & Processing
Once received at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt.
4. Refunds & Credits
- Approved Returns (Refunds): Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Approved Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the requested item once the return is approved, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
- Timeline: Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB).
- Up to 24 hours for refunds to your PayPal account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the new item to your address.

As a global brand serving customers worldwide (excluding some remote regions), we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment. We cannot mark return packages as “gifts” or with a reduced value. Refunds will be issued for the product value only, excluding original shipping and any import taxes paid.
